Internet Profit Library
RadO71 December 14, 2009
Internet Profit Library defrauds people by advertising $1.97 "shipping" for a non-existent immediate information kit. You are really charged $79.95 4 days after you let them charge your credit card $1.97 and the same amount is charged every month until you realize it is fraud. I cancelled my subscription 5 minutes after I was charged the $1.97 and it was not until my 2nd call within 1 hour that the representative, Tina Williams, informed me that I would receive a "cancellation confirmation" e-mail within 24 or 48 hrs. Today i... read full review »

Great Lakes Diesel
TedP99 December 14, 2009
I am having some MAJOR problems with Great Lakes Performance Diesel in Lackawanna, NY. I have spent over $50, 000 with this company (the owner is Rick Plauman) to have a custom 800+hp engine built for my Kenworth. I was promised a minimum 1 mpg increase which I haven't seen (and has actually gone down), I have spent almost $10, 000 either fixing things that I was told were fixed or replacing parts that I was told that was replaced with new parts and I have yet to be reimbursed for them (this has been going on for almost 5 months). I have... read full review »

I went to Z Galleries in Dallas, TX on 10/31/09. They have a very nice LOOKING store & I bought a few items totally about $120. I used a Master card. When my bill arrived I realized this store charged my credit card an EXTRA $216 & when I reported the error to customer service (after 20 minues on HOLD) they kept telling me they would check into it & call me back. Their customer service personnel are extremely RUDE. They did NOT call me back with a resolution. I finally disputed the charge with Mastercard. Still waiting for results of that. read full review »

I recently tried purchasing Epicuren Discovery skin care products from Skinact.com. Their website advertises free delivery over $100 and you should get your order in 7 days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order. When I called them they informed me that they did not have the size I ordered but they did not bother calling me to tell me this. Then they call me back to tell me that they have the larger size and will ship it out within the next 3 days. Again I call UPS, and this time i found out that they cancelled... read full review »

Alside Window
GerH74 December 14, 2009
We have a new home with Alside windows installed by the builder. They leak so much cold air that we can't even sit by them because of the amount of cold air that infiltrates thru the window frame. We have frost and ice on the inside of our window frames almost all winter long. They will not return my email messages so we can set up a time for them to come out and look at the problem. We are getting very frustrated by their lack of cooperation. We feel since we are supposed to have a life time warranty that they should at least come out and see what the problem is. read full review »

Cardmember Service Visa
NasH78 December 14, 2009
Under the Credit Consumer Protection Act, I asked Westcoast Visa (Cardmember Service) to intervene as their vendor was not giving me warranty support on a recent purchase. Although Cardmember Service did intervene and act as a mediator, there advise ultimately has cost me an additional $3, 300.00. In otherwords, Cardmember Service advised me to ignore the "monthly storage fees" levied against me, even though I sent three faxes questioning this advise; ultimately making the final statement that "based on their advise, I am not... read full review »

Was told damage was done by us, even though the same damage was clearly evident under the PACE label applied by PACE Manufacturing. FYI their policy states you can cancel up to 24 hours before arrival. After seeing the charge on my credit card I called and they refuse to credit my card because they said I never called to cancel. Precious Puppy sells puppies from puppy mills. They fooled me. The puppies are so cute in their little cribs and you would think the store workers cared about them the way they hold them and talk about them. They told me my puppy came from a local Florida breeder, but after researching the womans name on my puppies papers it turns out he came from a puppy mill in missouri. I researched the store and found many complaints. Someone needs to do something about this store. read full review »

Inappropriate care and business practices. I followed all grievance procedures regarding the present of bed bugs and the practice of the home serving the clients expired food items. They also prepared meals in an unlicensed kitchen at a third parties home and brought it in to serve us. I filed a grievance and was kicked out of the home that night for "causing strife". When a family member of mine was grieving over the death of a much-loved pet and talked with Dr. Bryant about it, she looked at my family member like they were crazy and told them that they must be possessed by demons or something because they were grieving over a dead pet. She also told my family member that she should stop grieving because it was just a stupid animal anyway. Talk about nasty!
