Bridal Preview International is small business that hires employees and then within a couple days has the hired employees sign an independent contractor contract. According to IRS guidelines for independent contractors, the workers are misclassified. When the owner cannot meet payroll, the office closes, all but few selected employees are let go, more people are hired, and the cycle begins again. However, when I tried to assemble the printer I noticed that the automatic roll feed was missing and only a plain holding bracket for the roll was supplied. I truly hate M&T their banking fees are crazy. Their reps are even worse. I can't believe the NFL is backing them as a bank. You would think they would have more sense then that, however they don't. I can't understand why it would take a month later for a withdraw to be posted to my account. Also they never update your account with the correct balance.
