On 15th March a transaction was complete through my PayPal account for £53.66 following my ordering of a laptop battery from Battery Trader. I have yet to receive the battery I ordered or any other indication that there might be a problem with my order. I have sent several messages requesting details but have received no reply. Looking at similar stories here this appear not to be an isolated incident. Is this site simply a scam? Has anyone received their goods from this trader? I purchased a boxer puppy from this breeder. The puppy had an eye infection (meibomitis) when I received her which should have been a red flag. I ordered the hats/necklace in an amount to receive a free gift. I had trouble accessing the web site it took along time and jumped in and out a couple of times. A notice came up that they would report the problem to their tech's. I was told that I placed a two orders for the same items. I tried to cancel they said they cant do that and I should send one of the orders back with the proper papers enclosed. The U.S. operations Office in New York also does not exist the phone number given again on their web site is a personal, unlisted number.
