Even though I cancelled my membership almost immediately after I signed on, suspecting a ripoff, this company has made several charges to my account under different names. I have saved acknowledgement from them via email on my PC to protedct myself from them. However they've done it again under the name Pristine AHealth. The www has them listed under 2-3 names. Initial communications with service people was a difficult process and lengthly. Being handed off to numerous people and sub contractors that don't communicate with you and finally resulting in an never ending process which we asked it to stop and cancel. My top-of-the-line Kenmore Elite HE 3t has been problematic since I purchased it in 2002. In Oct. 2009, it stopped draining. The Sears service personnel told me there were numerous problems with the washer, and repairing it would cost more than $1, 600 ($600 more than I paid for it). Ordered trial bottle and then was later charged on my credit card $59.95 for another bottle I did not order or want. I called and returned BOTH the bottles (the sample and the second one), Complaint (RMS #PL091009) requesting a reversal of the $59.95 charge. Wrote them a letter on 10/8 and today 11/5 still have seen no reversal of the charges they made to my card. I do own a house in a Silvercreek community (The Meadows, in Stockbridge, GA). I don't have much to say about the quality of the house (seems good to me), but I confirm that THEY WILL NEVER FIX YOUR house even if still under the warranty period. This man was my landlord. Jim Bucknell. He is also a lawyer, a crappy lawyer at that. While living in his rental property for a year and a half we have had our basement flooded with sewage at least 30 times. When you call him for help he is never available nor does he ever call you back. they put something on my credit report that i did not know i owed and i called and ask for a copy of bill and was tiold i was not getting one and to pay up. i called the creditor and found that it was a bill i owed and paid it and the creditor agreed that i did not know about the bill. but as of 2 weeks later it is still on my credit report.it has hurt my credit by a 100 point drop. i am going to find a lawyer to see what my next step is. read full review »

Same as with the other complaints already filed, a National Advertising Center sales rep approached me to advertise in the The Green Magazine, a bi-monthly publication distributed at WHOLE FOODS. If you purchase any product with a credit card or shall we say plastic you are charged a .50 fee. It was my understanding that the consumer could not be charged a fee of any sort because the use of the credit card. They provide the service of accepting credit cards why should the consumer be under penatly for using it if they offer it, further why should the consumer pick up there merchant services bill.
