Monday August 2009 I had a towing service tow my 2004 Optima to the Butler Kia Service Center in Medford Oregon for what I had suspected could be a tranmission or clutch problem. I purchased on line PC Anti spyware 2010 in for amount of $91.45 (US dollars). Installed product and my computer (Dell, Wondows XP) experienced excessive ad pop-ups, slowed to a crawl and shut it down. I was literally unable to restart. Took computer to Best Buy Geeg Squad. I recently purchased Chanel Perfume on line from this company and I now find on delivery by the Royal Mail I have to pay a £12.65 Customs Charge before delivery of the said goods as I have already paid for the goods by credit card I am unable to cancel the transaction. Back in 2003, I worked as a manager which sent our customers vehicles to k&b. Over a two year period equalling thousands of dollars worth of repairs..Brett the employee at the time, was seemingly courteous and qualified. This company is very unprofessional. The have employees that have access to the internet unregulated. Tidewater Credit Services is a big scam. I purchased furniture from Rooms to Go, and agreed to have a same balance financed through Tidewater. I agreed to 90 days same as cash. I paid my balance in full withing 90 days of receiving the 1st bill, however if you do not pay 90 within the delivery date, I was charged 21% interest on the total amount charged. Not 21% on the balanced owed, but the total amount that was charged. Maybe this is okay for some people, but I know if you try to do the right thing and make payments on time, then you shouldn't be penalized so heavily. read full review »

I purchased an 8 days hawaii package and it was a scam. The certificate they send you is suppose to be for free. After you recieve the certificate, you have to send the $100 to activate your account and have access to the good deals that PTS is offering. TCF has been misreporting on my online account. Charging me for Pending transactions, then again after they post. They sem to let my items pend and subtract the amount from my account so i no howmuch i have left and thats fine but when i go back to check after they post theres a NSF fee. I have several complaints against Quest. I was b eing charged for 8 months for a voicemail box service for someone else - the charge was under "billing services" so I never questioned it until I went to reduce my services. I booked a rental car with hotwire for June 1 at 12:pm for $172.61 total cost charged to my capital one credit card. Dr Ron's is horrible. I take 6 animals to them and my cat got sick and had a fever of 104 and blisters in her mouth and tongue. $565 later they said she had a stone in her bladder and needed surgery. They sent me home with a deathly sick cat that needed over night care, but they don't keep animals over nigh.
