I did not knowingly sign up for automatic renewals of Spyware Doctor, but my credit card was billed 4 weeks in advance of my subscription ending. Their website noted that you would be warned when the subscription was ending, and given the option to renew. I love my enclosed patios, but beware of the people hired to install them. The salesman will promise you anything in order to get the sale, but the construction crew may not be able to deliver those promises. We had a 10/12 4 season patio installed on a second floor flat roof. The Building Inspector must have been paid off, because he OK'd the design. 25K later, we had a room after weeks of delay. Well in cancelling my service I was told that credit would go back to the credit card I had initially opened the account with all fine and dandy if I had not cancelled that card more than a year ago. I moved recently from an area serviced by Time Warner. They had their minor problems, all fixed on the spot. Charter Communications: 1. I've had to have repair men over to my house four times to fix the cable TV. I've paid for premium services and they black out, the sound vanishes. Actually, 1/2 of the time it is simply useless. I was looking to get a home loan and was present with an agreement from Calvin Warner, an agent with Leaside Lending. He was a very nice spoke man and very cooperative with me when I asked for a lower interest rate on the loan. I was lucky since a friends sister has dealt with ins. fraud for a living, she called him and he could not answer any of her questions. I am a Verizon customer and when Verizon offered satellite TV service through Direct TV (DTV) I called them to order TV service. The operator asked fror my SS Number and I refused. I was told that this information was needed to check my credit worthiness. Do Not hire Phil Mauriello & Linwood Kitchens. They took my money & walked off the job. Phil promised a 4 week turnaround on my kitchen renovation, but 5 months of one disaster after another, and my kitchen is still incomplete. He has allegedly done this time after time to people throughout NJ and PA. I read about another woman who sued Linwood & is now at the end of a line of 25 civil judgements against them. I would never order a free trial of anything again. They pass your information around like candy. On 8/19/09 I stopped at this station to fill my tank (35 gallons). I was at Pump # 1 which would not clear so that I could use my debit card. I went inside to get the clerk to clear the pump so that I could use it. The pump still would not clear and I returned inside to get the problem fixed. We saw the complaint on the board but decided to try out the office anyways. Its really close to our place. We didn't have any problems with overcharging. Infact, after the doctor examined us someone came in gave us a breakdown of the fillings that needed to be done. Everyone in the office is really helpful.
