I got this card so that I could call Scotland. After several trys not being able to get through I called customer service 8 times to try and get assistance. U.S. Fidelis sold me a car warranty and did not mention that I had to use AutoLife Xtend products in my oil, gas, and air conditioning in order for the warranty to be effective. We have not had services from Juno for approx. 2 years +/-. We have a recent withdrawl from our account on our visa card. This is the second time in two months we have had this experience (the other was another company we no longer have an account with). It seems criminal to me that they are allowed to do this. I bought the refrigerator brand new. It looks nice but it doesn't cool. The refrigerator temp doesn't get lower than 40 degrees and the freezer stays around 68!.
