I purchased this product in November and tried to use it only to find that it had serial number problems. I emailed them and they eventually got the problem fixed. You will pick out a diamond to be mounted, they will mount a different diamond with flaws and tell you thats the one you picked! I recently purchased the Five Shelf BookCase. After opening, organizing and inspecting the parts I noticed that both side panels had cracks in them. My husband and I recently stayed at a DoubleTree Hotel in Arlington Virginia on business(August 11 & 12, 2009). We were quoted a rate of $169/night for two double beds. We hired Justin to shoot our wedding in May of 2008, and though he was very professional before and during the wedding, it was a nightmare trying to get him to send us any of our treasured photos in the following months. I contacted the collection company to settle a debt. I informed them that I would call them back when I received verification from the bank. But I would not do a check by phone I would send a cashiers check. Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend’s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren’t cut straight and the paper wasn’t even completely cut off the sides. When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we called them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can’t get a refund. Shortly after having septic tank pumped and inspected pursuant to local county requirements I received a package of Septic Remedy Treatments delivered via FedEx to my door with a packing slip and invoice for $199 (to be paid in four installments!). With a safari subscription you pay about $50 a month. Great you get 5 tokens to use a month which 'purchases' you downloads. However if you don't use those tokens in 90days you lose them. A book 'costs' between 10 and 15 tokens on average for a 'useful' manual or freference one. The books are available on Amazon or other web stores for less than $25. We have had nothing but appalling service from this business. We bought several toner cartridges from them for an HP 4650 LaserJet, and every single cartridge has been defective. The workout facility itself is not the issue at the Conroe Family YMCA inConroe, Texas. Its the horrible childcare establishment. The employees are very rude and do not attend to the kids well enough. They do not clean the toys and there are thousands of germs going into little babies mouths due to this. Please beware!!! This is the worst company you can ever do business with. They are rude and very unethical. They did not get the permits like they promised. Currently we are having to deal with issues with our county because the fence did not pass inspection. They also did not follow the permit and now we have to spend close to $3000 to have another company come and fix it. We have reported them to BBB. My wife and I went to this establishment for dinner. First issue was during dinner, the fire alarm went off. No manager came out to identify if this was a real or false alarm.
