I recently (July 31, 2009) paid off my outstanding B of A ATM/Debit Card charges that the bank had turned over to a collection agency. In July 2009, I was involved in an automobile wreck with a party who was insures with Traveler's Insurance. There was no doubt as to who was at fault. I've had an account with American Express Blue since 2001. At first they promised and sold me on the idea that the it would be a "Fixed rate" of 9.99%. The people working for this company are rude, and unprofessional workers. They ruin shrubs by dropping and swinging large limbs and entire trees. There are 2 two free game coupons, as well as 6 coupon for buy one ticket get one ticket free, and two $25.00 off coupons for all inclusive seats. This appeared to be a very good deal, as they were selling like hotcakes. I ordered a "make money with google" program several months ago. I do not remember the name they used then but i am sure it was not Searchest. Almost immediately I discovered it was a scam and called them to cancel. They confirmed the cancellation verbally but found a charge on my credit card this month for thirty nine dollars from Searchest. Of course i have had no luck calling the number listed on the bill for Searchest, yet. I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress from Metro Mattress and developed a severe allergic reaction. They refused to allow me to talk to customer service, promised someone would get back to me several times and never did. If you are going to buy a very expensive mattress buy it from the parent company and not this chain. My mother was checking her bank account today and discovered that she had been loaded with overdraft fees thanks to an 80-some dollar purchase from Listing for Cash. Pregame.com is a scam. It's not even really a forum. It's mostly lame handicappers trying to sell their picks to unsuspecting readers. It works like this. Speakeasy puts a contract on their website, then says the contract you are under after you sign up is different. No where on their website does the contract state that it will be automatically renewed every year, and there is no way to get out of the contract without a $300 cancellation fee. They take forever to hook up the service, and charge you for a technician to come in and hook it up, and you have to tell the guy how to do it.
