My complaint is that I received this information in the mail, stating that I was left $203, 500 from my father estate, when I went to check on this situation, they had closed out all his bank accounts, sold 11 vehicles, all his construction & lawn equipment, his toolings, antique furnishing, childhood memories, all the houses, and household goods were missing. The court has yet to contact the family and sat them down in front of the Judge about the properties, I had to find out by challenging the court. Guess what they gave me a fine and told me. I was being treated for extremely High Blood Pressure for almost 2 yrs by this practice that uses patients as genia pigs to treat patients, ignoring the patient and just talking to each other. They never changed medications, only increased dose. I went in for a Heart Attack, at some point from that point on, they released sealed records to my open file and to a practice within the same building as San Jacinto Methodist Hospital, Baytown TX. This is illegal !! The only reason any one can open them is if there is specific reason to do so. I sincerely believe that the doctors at this location of MES Solutions deliberately and knowingly falsify their reports because they are paid to by insurance companies so that they dont have to pay claims. Their reports are biased, and they not only put false statements in their reports, they blatantly omit key information that would assist with proper car. I began a relationship with FFA back in November of 2008, have paid monthly fees of $450 each month to the tune of $3600, and have received NOTHING from FFA. Marlboro has a promo going with dollar off a pack cigarettes. I've noticed that they wont stay lit?? What have they put in them to save that dollar off?? I could write a book, but I'll keep it short. Basically, the owner no-showed on a scheduled in-home class. When I called to get a refund she told me that she would give a 50%refund if I mailed her back some VHS tapes she lent my wife to watch, which I did at my own expense. In a nut shell, she agreed to refund me $100 of my $200 payment if I shipped back the tapes, then went back on her word when she got them.
