Higgins Power Sports of Barre, Ma botched a snowmobil engine repair and would not honor their responsibility to repair the machine properly. They installed new pistons and rings in my sled and the new pistons failed on the very first ride! In my opinion (Ive been riding for 40 yrs)the failure was most likely due to the failure to properly clean out the carbs before re-installing them. The experience date has been since we got DSL and phone with them. They have it so that they are the ONLY dialup and broadband ISP in this town. If you get dialup in the nearest next town (Auburn) then you would be charged long distance. They also overcharge. The service I have now for DSL is $40 a month. The SAME data rate and speed with other ISPs around California would only be $20-$25 a month. Their tech support is horrible. I placed an order online with WomenWithin for $83.62 for 5 pairs of shorts and 2 tee-shirts. I had to return the shorts because they were to big and this is when the crap began. They received the returned items on June 4th. I bought my first flatscreen from Magnavox. It was a 37" model and a BIG mistake! At about 1 year it was hard to get it to power up without a lot of effort. I called AAA Air Conditioning and they were very prompt coming for the initial service call. Two days later the same problem continued, I called to have them come back (it was still w/in warranty with AAA), two weeks later they still have not come to fix the problem. This company sells damaged cars as "clean." They use fine print to cover themselves and they have it down to a science...PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do your research on any car that they have in their lot because research has shown that more than half (49 of 75) have damage or odometer tampering. Free trial turned into unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account. The company will not reimburse me for the $64.95and $24.95 that they stole from my account. We have lived in our new home for 4 days and the sewere drain backed. I spoke with a claims adjuster that said they would inded cover the claim for $230 less the deductible of $75.
