I have ordered a large quantity of iphones from this company and the order was supposed to be shipped out on a certain date. Few weeks after the agreed date, the order has still not been shipped out. Plus the company hasn't replied to my emails and phonecalls until I warned him to contact Paypal. I asked the company to refund me the money, but the company did not respond. And then all the sudden, a while after that I got a package from this company at my doorstep. In the package I see just half the amount of iPhones. PLUS these... read full review »

Roving Auto Repair
Damien July 2, 2009
I took my driveshaft to Roving Auto to have the u-joint replaced. It's a simple job and they quoted a price of $45. They said it would only take a half hour so I decided to wait. I stood at some distance but I could clearly see the technician working the driveshaft first with a pneumatic press and then with a big hammer. A few minutes later, he called me over to show me the huge crack in the yoke. He said he would send it out to have it repaired at no cost to me. Well when I went to pick it up the next day, the bill jumped to $115. When I... read full review »

The Showroom/Manufacturer received an order from a design firm. The showroom represented our furniture line. The showroom cashed both checks the design firm had issued them; a total of $27, 000.00. Our contract states that a check is to be sent out to us, one week after, the showroom has received payment. For three months we tried to get hold of the corporate office, to have a check issued to us, to no avail. Rutger July 2, 2009
Our Company has bought Radio Advertising for 36 years. Since we travel throughout the country, we understand the need for payment in advance. Whenever a mistake has taken place the vast majority of stations have made reasonable adjustments. Our experience with KSFM Radio was just the opposite. Parts of our radio buy included a live remote. In addition to KSFM we also bought commercials and a remote on KDND. When KSFM saw a second station present they terminated their remote. They claim they do not perform remotes when another station i... read full review »

Babies"R"Us
Kim July 2, 2009
The return policy at babies r us is unbelievable. If you register there you have to make sure to ask all your guests to provide gift reciepts incase you get doubles, but how tacky is that? I myself find it rude it's like saying "Just incase I don't like it" They will not return exchange or give you a merchendise credit w/o a reciept. And they claim they can look it up if it was purchased through the registry but half the time the cashiers don't do it right or for whatever reason it doesn't go through so there is no way for them to look the purchase up. Completely unsatisfied. Will NEVER shop there again. read full review »

Yellow Books
Teresa July 2, 2009
I received my yellow book yesterday and was appalled by the skimpiness of the book. You almost need a magnifying glass to read anything in it. The book is about 1/3 the size of last years, probably a little bit larger than a childs coloring book. There were about 20 coupons in the book last year, now there are about six coupons. I guess they're really cutting corners with the economy and everything. I guess this is what you get when you elect the socialist Obama into the White House, not only does the economy fail, but consumers have to... read full review »

We rented an suv to take to baja. They were very nice when we checked out the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle they were rude and discourteous. They failed to complete the vehicle check in process. The vehicle was moved to the back of the business as we were told that there was damage to the vehicle. We were never allowed to see the vehicle again. Pictures provided by the company do not show damage. They have been rude and trying to cash in on our insurance charging more than 1/2 the value of the vehicle for damages.<br /> Outrageous! read full review »

But now they want to charge $125 for repair open seams by the zipper and strap, and between internal compartment! While I called, they said "we don't offer lifetime warranty, we only offer lifetime service, for a fee". The service and support is not a good match for their price! We ordered a used Crown RC30 forklift which Scott said had 1614 hours on the hour meter. I then called to get the forklift serial number, and the Crown dealer said the lift has 9603 hours on it a week before when it was in for service. Somehow, the hour meter changed from 9603 to 1614 hours in a week. I called Scott and tried to cancel the order, but they would not refund my $500.00 deposit, and denied the hour meter fraud. Scott then said he held the forklift in question for me because of our $500.00 deposit, and because they could not sell it while it was being held, they would take my money and not refund it. read full review »

We used them for our last move. The lies started with their salesman that came to our home. And the lies did not stop there. DO NOT SIGN anything with these people before checking out all the fine print and asking what their terminology means. What is (to you) just an estimated quote - to them becomes a binding contract. And if the sales person tells you you are only responsible for the weight section unless they pack you---this is NOT TRUE. They have lied to us through the whole process. They are very hard to get to return calls once they have delivered your furniture. Please warn everyone you know who is getting estimates for moving. read full review »

In an attempt to make an appointment with my colorer, whom I see every four weeks, I was put on hold and left there by a female employee at the front desk. Finally, a male employee came on who gave me a 12:40 color appointment with a 2:10 style appointment. When I pointed out to him that I would be left sitting with a wet head for over 30 minutes, he proceeded to tell me how color works. I have been having my hair colored at Visible Changes for some 40 years and certainly did not need this information. What I wanted and needed were back-to-back appointments, something he obviously doesn't understand. To say that I am upset is to put it mildly. read full review »
