I have been a customer of CVS for quite some time and I have never had any problems until I went to get a new one filled. This comes from my personal experience in the 12-month MIS program. If you are going to do this you should know that the program is set up in a way that makes it almost impossible to acquire all of the certifications. It is purely a course designed for those who either do not have to work, or for those who work part time. I brought my Japanese Chin in yesterday during the wellness hours to have his blood drawn for heartworm testing. The vet tech held my dogs neck and his little body to try and hold him down while the vet took a needle and stabbed his leg. She did not seem to know how hold my dog down. I requested the free 30 day trial of Acai Berry Detox for the $3.95 shipping charges. I did receive the product but I also had three attempted unauthorized charges to my Visa. Two charges were for $87.13 each (under different names) and one was for $40.00. This so-called company allows you to set up an account entirely online with no id questions, but when you want to update your information, it becomes a nightmare. Since you never enter any id information with the original account set up there are very few questions they can ask for id verification. I recommended this company to a friend and her account has been frozen for over 2 months now because of a typo on the birthdate. Purchased a Lexmark X5650 in late December. Offer came with a 4 GB memory card from HSN. This printer SUCKS, and uses a large amount of ink also. Took 2 days to try to get to install. Neither Lexmark or HSN has been any help. HSN promised to send a new memory card and then backed out. They also stated that they would issue a partial refund, and that didn't happen either.
