Order takers & cooks do not communicate. I asked for the new Jalepeno steakhouse sandwich, pickles & onion only. I had to wait 15 minutes while other people got their order. When I asked, a cook said it's still in the broiler. When I finally got it, it had dryed onions all over it & cheese. This company ought to be ashamed of themselves. They promise to show me how to save 2500.00 or more on all you debt, including student loans and charged me 495.00 on 9-29-10. That was a discount off the regular price of 795.00! They sent me paperwork to complete with all my credit cards, their balances and APR which I returned on 10-6-10. After they found out my student loans were government loans they were unable to help me with that debt at all. On april 16, 2010 my spouse and i attended a seminar regarding time share w/ geo. They made several promises. One was a $50.00 gift card. I was told by them not to use the gift card at a restaurant because they would charge 18% gratuity, and to use it for gas. So the next day on our way home to california we tried to use the visa gift card for gas. It came back invalid. When i called the 800 number on the back it said zero balance. I completed a 6 week research on my cigarette purchases, which ended on August 9th, 2010. It was clearly stated that checks would have been mailed out 6-8 weeks from end date. As of December 2010, no incentive check, and no responses by email or phone after numerous attempts. This supplier, probably based in the Detroit area, sells assistive listening devices on the Internet and is a PayPal partner. When I inquired about the shipping date on a product which I ordered, I was called a "moron" several times by Jamie Barber who is apparently the proprietor. I received an "It just shipped!" notice from PayPal stating that my goods were shipped April 10th while USPS Track & Confirm stated that the shipment was not made until April 15th. I have spent over 20 hours downloading about 30 templates from their $60 package. They are much the same and all require extensive html programming knowledge. I did not know this ahead of time. Why pay for a Wordpress theme that you have to manually code to insert images etc... I tried contacting their support twice over the last week and they have not repsonded to one of them. This site is terrible! Kept getting emailed notices that my 70-year-old mother's tax return was rejected by the IRS after following Taxslayer's instructions to the tee. Ive lived at the Bluffs at Town Lake in Austin TX for six months, managed by BH Management. This company is true trash. Brady Katz & White, a Pembroke Florida collection agency, solicited our company for past due debts. Information on a past due account was given but no agreement was ever entered in to by any party. BKW called back some weeks later and stated that the account was located and the responsible party said thanks for the free goods. Our company was told that a settlement could be reached for a lesser dollar value or send over $1500 and the account of the referred could be seized with full asset recovery.
