Mike called me and called me and I asked all of the right questions, I was really taken a back by the fact that you had to wire monies first to get your loan. He stated that there was zero interest and you have nine months to pay it back. There was know penalty for paying it back early and it could only be done at Western Union. I saw a charge of $11.95 paid to SEGPAYEU.COM GIBRALTAR GI on my online bank statement. The name seemed familiar, but i hadn't purchased anything recently for that amount from anyone. Cable Companies like timewarner and comcast Only the airlines make us similarly unhappy. Why is that? Part of the problem may be the absence of competition.  The major cable players - Comcast, Time Warner, Cablevision – agreed to divide up the country among themselves.  They do not compete in any of the top 25 metropolitan areas except New York (and there’s a little competition in DC). It took 3 months for them to get the Bed and dresser I ordered in. I complained weekly and was given 5 dates. Let me just that directtv is a very misleading company. i also tried to bundly my tv/home service w/ at&t was never told that these are billed seperately. Like many others who have complained here, I am very low income and needed prescription assistance. Every attempt I made to find that assistance was a link to SCBN, leading me to believe this was legitamite. I gave them my information for 3 brand name medications. I had direct Tv for yrs and reported I had a that did not function (get cable) Troubleshooted 3 times over phonewith associates, each over 1 hr. A friend of mine was a renter here and wound up coughing up blood from the black mold which occurred after it rained. Every time it rained, the ceiling would leak and my friend informed the management. They did not always even try to fix the roof. This is a company I consider to be incompetant. Had Service Contract (for maintenance of furnace only) with them for a few years as landlord. My husband and I were involved in a car accident in December of 2010. The front of the car was highly damaged but it was all body work that needed to be done. Complaint is about my latest bill with Consumers energy gas company in Michigan. They billed me with a guesstimate for the months of January and February, I called in to record an actual reading to make sure I wouldn't be over-billed later. This company poses like they are a real law firm adn they are only a collections agency. I ahve advice for everyone that took out payday loans it is not elgal for them to harrass you at work. I went to the "buy one get one free even sunglasses". I have never been so pushed for purchase in my life! The manager, Shelly, was the biggest liar I have ever come across. I believe all jobs posted by this company to be a SCAM! They always offer an amazing salary and benefits. You will wind up spending 45 or so minutes with them on the phone, only to harassed by universities on your phone several times a day. Don't do it!
