This is a company I consider to be incompetant. Had Service Contract (for maintenance of furnace only) with them for a few years as landlord. This is a branch office or franchise of a company based out of Ft, Lauderdale Florida that recruits manpower off of the internet with the inducement of an "hourly wage" to "network" with small business owners for them via telephone. I started my membership with One Spirit about 3 years ago. One Spirit lures a book lover in by offering books for free for joining with the agreement that you will purchase more within two years. D&DSuppliers said items were back ordered for two months, then they cancelled order with a refund...only I never got the refund. They string you along for over 45 days then do this so you can't challenge it with PayPal. PayPal said they had no funds from D&DSuppliers to refund. All contact info for D&DSuppliers is also bogus. On August 15, 2010 I bought a computer from this place at a Liquidation Sale in Roanoke Va. The saleman told me it was a new computer with a 5 year warranty through Gateway. He showed me where it had a dual core processor and 64 bit operating system. Well I got the computer home and it has a VIA C7-D processor 1800 MHz 1.60 GHz 32-bit operating system. This company is taking HIT Web Designs old customer for a ripe off. The want you to pay for your domain name or they will hold it for 90 days. I tried to work with them. I was told the CFO was the only one who could authorized my request not to pay $50 for my domain name. Ever could get the CFO to return emails or phone calls. Manager was polite but gave the the run around. They would not send the information in writing to me.
