I setup a merchant account to process credit cards for my business with National Merchant Center (NMC) in March 2010. I processed for one month, then they held onto $30, 000 and never released it to my account. I filed a civil lawsuit against them for the theft of the money, and they responded in August 2010 that they had declared bankruptcy in November 2009. I paid $5, 000 for the law firm to represent me in this case.
The owners Alexy Pitt and Roman Balanko are Russian immigrants defrauding small business owners in the US. We will fight them until we get the money they stole from us. Don't let them scam you and steal your money. read full review »

Hey, we were just wondering if anyone had heard anything about Goldrush Frenchies in Onaway, Idaho. We saw their ad posted on the Seattle Times website and were wondering if anyone else has tried to contact them. When we did I got some pretty bad vibes. My nerves are wrecked, so many things are going on now. Violence need to be stop, people on the roads and highways or not being careful. We built a new home in 2002 using Andersen green vinyl clad, double hung windows. The windows started fading right away (after I was assured by Andersen that they wouldn't). After 9 years the fading is significant. Their solution was they would paint them. I bought vinyl clad so I wouldn't have to paint, so I have delayed any decision. I have owned my Serta Cali-King, Vera Wang Beyond Exquisite Organic Cotton Mattress for 2 years. I am amazed that Serta is still in business with their HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a Samsung LCD Model LN-T4069F television set for $1, 600 in April 2008. After a couple of years, it developed a problem which was diagnosed as the “panel” by an authorized Samsung repair. I was told that it would cost $900, alone, for a new panel.

I had 10 crowns placed at VIP Dream Smiles by Dr Richard A Ingram. Some of those crowns have FALLEN OUT around 20 TIMES! When they couldn't get one crown to stay on after 3 tries, they paid to send me to another dentist who has worked out just fine. I recently had my gas meter changed by British Gas to a pay as you go meter. As I was unaware that the meter had been changed, I called a plumber, presuming that my boiler had broken. He came and told me that there was no gas, took the money and left. I heard their advertisement on the radio and called in to answer a trivia question to get a free coin and was then subjected to an onslaught of obnoxious telemarketing phone calls - 5 or 6 a day. Then I came to find out they don't give you a free coin for answering the question - they just use it to get your phone number for the sake of marketing you. This company (gatheringground) will do anything to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. They will steal from you whenever possible. The only good thing about this company is that they pay for the shipping. I sold several books and shipped them to moola4books.com. It took a month for them to process the sale on their end, now I am still waiting to be paid for the books that I have sold. I had contacted their customer service by e-mail and was told that sale orders usually took 15 days to completely process, but that it might take a bit longer because of them being busy. I purchased under $30 tickets to the Jason Derulo concert for April 6th, 2011, and was charged $157.20 for two tickets that were in the $15-$20 seats. I contacted ticket liquidator who said that songticketing.com is responsible for the actual selling of my concert.
