I bought an Italian faucet from Sophisticated Plumbing and in 4 months it started leaking water from everywhere. I took it to Sophisticated plumbing for repair and they refused to fix it. I had to buy a new Kitchen faucet and spend in the exchange and installation of the new provisional faucet. The company give you a thirty day trial and deducts the monthly fee before the trial period is up. I called and inform them that our power was down in MEMPHIS and the power just came up.
