My wife and I paid rent faithfully for about two years never missing a payment. One day, we come home with a letter taped to our door that said we had 20 days to move out because our landlord had not complied with the association. "David" pretty much guaranteed they would sell my car within 10 days or money back.In addition, he went on to tell me that he had buyers currently looking for my type of car. I made a 7 days trial subscription of their service in December 2010, which was to cost one $. They pulled $49.6 from my Master Card after 7 days because I forgot to unsuscribe. I didn't mind that since it was my fault, and I subsequently unsubscribed. But they continued withdrawing the sum of $49.6 from my Master Card account since then, on a monthly and recently, forthnightly basis. I asked the waiter if they used penut oil in their food, I pointed out that I was allergic to punuts. The Waiter stated they did not use peanut oil. I asked if I could get the Pd Thai #31 on their menu and for them to not put crushed peanuts. I also told the waitress that I was allergic to peanuts and not put peanuts in my food. WELL THEY DID!!! The worst part is that the waiter came back to our table and told us not to worry about it because it must have been a piece of tofu. I know what tofu looks like!!! JumboCloseouts.com is an on-line penny auction site. It sells electronics, jewelry, and other merchandise that you bid for. You must register with credit card to see what kind of bidding is used. The third screen of web pages for registration, they claim, says you are agreeing to pay $150 for the privilege of bidding. JumboCloseouts.com billed my credit card for $150 and refused to remove charge even though I didn't buy anything.
