My father was a patient at the Mount Sinai Hospital Department of Rehabitation. Dr Ragnarsson left him to die and was negligent. It was Saturday and the doc was at his country club in Westchester playing golf while my father was left to die in his room. I downloaded a game: "Thomas and Friends Special Delivery" for my grandson. My credit card was charged for it. At the time I was not aware that the transactaion was going through TM Netgames Seattle. When I tried to run the game, it would not run. There was no .exe file attached to it to run it. I contacted HITT Entertainment, and was told I would get a callback. They apparently have no customer service department. I have downloaded 2 other games through Netgames, from 2 different sources (iWin and Valusoft) and have had no problems with those games. I have come to be victimised by this so called customer service hotline, I am beyond disapointed by the service I was provided and have been provided. I recently had to move my father from his own house to an assisted living facility. I had to clean out his rented house and get it cleaned. This company (gatheringground) will do anything to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. They will steal from you whenever possible.
