Say what ever it takes to get you into a lease - know ifyou sign you are stuck. They are the leasing agents for a home we leased. During signing we told their representative we had just come out of a 2.5 year lease in which the last 6 months the owner of the home was trying to sell the house. Placed order for glasses on 05/30/2009. Received glasses 10 days or so later. On 05/26/2010, one of the arms on the glasses broke off. The metal arm sheared in two just behind the hinge. Time and time again I have gone to the same Sonic for a breakfast burrito, and I always ask for 2 packets of Salsa. I have never received Salsa. Made an appointment twice for scrap metal pick up. First day did not show up or call. On the second day after us calling them to remind, they claimed they were en route and 15-20 minutes away, but after 3 hours passed and we called them to find out if they got lost, they said that they are stuck in traffic and we should look for another company. It is a website for pilots that (among other things) claims to track comments from actual experiences people have had at the FBOs (fixed base operators) some pilots have visited. I checked the comments before going to Lake Tahoe (KTVL). They originally signed me up with the promise of getting a minimum of 3 foreclosures per week to do the property preservation on. These were to start a week after my background check was done, which cost me $99. It has been 4 months since I joined and they have not sent me any property preservation work and the leads that they send are bogus leads that are old and the people don’t even want any work done. I attempted to cancel my order BEFORE the items shipped and was told that it was not possible and that if I returned the items there would be a whopping 30% restocking fee. If this had been mentioned at all before my purchase, I never would have done so. My company operates a shipping department as well and it is absolutely possible to cancel an ordfer that is in the "processing" phase. Have you ever heard of a company called Dun & Bradstreet? They are 'sort' of like Experian for businesses - supposedly helping their subscribers to make credit decisions about suppliers. Hello, we would report that ADL Technology sub contracted us to fill a requirement for a confidential client in Washington. The project ended in July 2010. We have been having the payment issue with them as they are always delayed in making the payments. Of late the delay has become more considerable and we still have the payments pending to be paid to us for the Consulting services for the months of March, April, May and June 2010.
