I ordered a jacket for a special event and paid by paypal to candygirldress.com. on December 14th. the item was backordered and was told would be shipped Jan 5th...backordered again
I patiently waited until January 24th but had to cancel the order because it was gointg to arrive too late for my event.
They promised full refund and item would not be shipped.
They shipped on Feb 11th..I received on Feb 17th but refused package and sent back to company. They did not refund my money!! They are hard to deal with. Do not use this company. read full review »

After a minor accident, Ramp Auto Body 'repaired' my car and had it towed to me because they couldn't figure out why it was no longer running.
This was after they had my car for 5 weeks when they had assured me it would only take two. ICBC said the work was complete and took away my courtesy car.

I placed an order for six (genie bras) after watching a very convincing commercial on television. The order was placed 3/14/11, I was told it would take between 2 and 3 weeks for them to ship bras. It actually took longer and I received my package today 4/15/11. They were sent in an envelope that should not have cost more than a couple of dollars, Shipping and Handling cost me $19.95. I can't believe a company like this has made it through this economy as I am already going to cancel and I've had their service for 3 weeks. I ordered trainers and paid extra for next day delivery. They charged my card straight away. The trainers did not turn up the next day or the next. They do not answer their phones - you get either an answer machine or an overflow service. I have now left 3 messages which they have not responded to. And sent an email which they haven't responded to. They are a disgrace. On 1/11/2011 I purchased an hour glass using PayPal at the Hourglass Connection or hourglasses.com as of to date 3/30/11 I have never received the product. I sent numerous e-mails to David Hood the proprietor and he always had an excuse E-mail not working waiting for parts, etc. I complained to PayPal on 3/20/11and told them I never received the product I was told that they could do nothing because it was over 45 days since the transaction. WORST MOVE EVER!!! I can not emphasise enough how strongly you should avoid this company at all costs! We had no choice as Husband's company chose this mover due to the low quote. I will not shop at Winn Dixie any longer because Manager in Ocala allows all sorts of loud solicitations. These are not viable, 501C entities and I do not approve of their mission. I will not buy a T-shirt for drug program, not contribute to homeless shelter which is not described. It's no better than people with cardboard signs on the road. We are constantly harassed and if we do not provide money, we are told that "God is bless us". Very uncomfortable. This company seems to have purchased credit card numbers from a company that was fraudulently charging consumers in 2009--See original complaints here http://www.complaintsboard.com/byurl/realestatepromoter.com.html.
In 2009 we were charged by "Real Estate Promoter" after canceling our free trial with www.realtytrac.com (which went on to sell our CC # and data to this third party!). I ordered power boards for a GMC Sierra, received boards for a Jeep Wrangler. I returned the wrong boards and received a restocking charged of $224.00. I called and stated to death ears that their system selected the Jeep part number for my GMC Sierra. They stated that somehow I selected the wrong part, even though the right vehicle was entered and I don't know their part numbers. They should not be in business... This is a SCAM... In January 2011 I sent a deposit of $500US to Gosculputura for surgeries in Thailand I had discussed with them via email. They told me the total cost was to be $5448 so I agreed with that price.
