I have had numerous issues with this office. Dr. Sosnin's medical assistant (I believe her name is Brenda). On my first visit she was very rude to me and looked at me in an ill expression on her face. My children had accompanied me to my appointment as well. My oldest daughter needed t use the restroom and it was very filthy and unsanitary. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap or anything to dry your hands with period. I had a storage unit at this site for 4 years -- 3.5 years longer than expected. I was always on time with my payments until Fall 2010, when things got tight. The QuickLube lane is anything but quick. Ford Rewards owes me an oil change but the wait at the "QuickLube" has been anywhere from 2 to 5 hours on any day I've tried to redeem it for 11 months. 2010 FEDERAL 1040 RETURN - 1) does not import previous year's data correctly; 2) did not correctly accept data for 1099-R - had to re-enter data. 3) last, but more importantly, crashed and would not print and Windows XP Task Manager remarked "Not responding" repeatedly; 4) waited for 30 minutes on their toll free help line 800-472-5625 and gave up. My check was declined by CERTEGY at marshall department store on 03/29/11. When i call certegy all they could tell me was that the system declined my check because of so many checks being wrote that are not good. I wanted to know what that had to do with me. I have been with the same bank for (11) years and i don"t write hot checks. So this company need to do better with their system and learn how to explain to customers better when they decline checks. I have been seeking Dental treatment for several years at this the location. I had temporary crowns put on in 2009. I still have on temporary crowns. I went back four times. and sat in the chair for up to four hours at a time. The Dentist was unable to seat the crowns. Was told over and over the crowns needed to be redone.
