I can't accept these types of calls at work and they called my home phone repeatedly while I'm at work. I've sent an email to find out what's going on and they responded they sent me a letter. Extremely Rude people that do not provide any customer service. Maybe it was just the persons we did deal with but our experience is extremely bad. I noticed a charge on my home phone bill for this company. I called them and denied ever signing up for a $14.95 per month service to watch internet tv. They claimed I did since they had my name and phone number on file and that the only way they would have it is if I gave it to them.
