They promised an affordable payment. My payment was not affordable. The amount that they estimated I would need to save over four years would never have been enough to pay my creditors. Their staff was not properly trained and were inexperienced. They were severely understaffed, making it impossible to reach them at times. My settlement coached changed constantly. This site charged me for a $100 pair of Air Jordans, then informed me they didn't actually have them to sell, and asked me to choose different shoes form their inventory. When I said no, I just wanted a refund, they have been giving me several weeks of broken record replies refusing to refund my money and telling me I need to pick different shoes. The communications are in pigeon English, and never respond to my own insistence that this is not an option; that I should not even have been charged if they did not have the inventory.
