Once I recieved the phone call the nightmare BEGIN!! They promise gas card for $100 in gas JUST for looking at the product, LYE. Then they bill you one price that changes in 14 days if you dont call to cancell. Then when you call you find what its not that price either its acctually $99.90 per month. Are you keeping up with the lyes I was told so for, they get better. IF I HAD called on the 13th day they could've refunded my money, BUT because I called on te 14th day there's nothing they can do to refund ALL my money for all accounts, JUST a partical refund on ONE account. I am deeply concerned about this company.
They have over 52 complaints filed with the BBB.org. there are hundreds more on google search including complaintsboard.com and my3cents.com to name but a few. I also found judgements dating back from 97 and as late as 04. (Jan S. Stone, (starting renting) & Jan s. Stone, (madison magazine) State records read that Jan s. Stone registered Cottonwood futons trademark in 95 and the corporation was in her name until 06.

Let me begin by saying: I have not personally received the letter, but have RECEIVED multiple phone calls from what sound like mostly elderly people who are responding to the letters. On April 4, 2010 I hired Delta Moving Company at 1129 Longwood Av, Hunts Point NY 10474 to handle our move from Mooresville, North Carolina to Barnegat, New Jersey. This move included three and one half months of storage at their New York warehouse.

We ordered the system the first of August from their website. Paid in full to include over a $100 for express shipping.
They then waited one week to ship ( glad I paid for express)
When I received the unit it was not new as advertised but very used and looked like someone used it for target practice with a BB gun ( about 50 small bb sized dings)

3/24/11. Dr. Ofc. faxed prescription to the South Kihei Rd. Longs. We left the Dr Ofc. at 4:30 p.m. & went directly to the pharmacy. My son went to pick up meds at approx 4:45 p.m. & was informed that they still needed to work on it and he should come back.

The big selling point was that if they couldn't obtain the modification all but $500 of your up front investment would be refunded. QuickCards have stolen my money from my account. I had $49.95 stolen and I did not authorize this charge. This charge has caused my account to be over drawn and I got charged a "No Sufficient Fund" fee!

This company(DSH also known as Qaulity Homes) is a factory that sells manufactured homes online. They offer them slightly cheaper than going to a manufactured home retailer. I talked with the salesman from there back in April 2007. I was told there was a $2500 deposit for the home to be built. In August of 2007 another salesman called me back and told me that they would build the home with only $500 down. THis company's full name is ONtario Home Service Club Ltd. You will find more complaints under their full name. I got scammed by this company too! They overcharged me and didn't even perform the service they were supposed to do! When I called the company to complain, they simply stated no refund and do not use their service next time. Two years ago Pete was hired to replace leaky water pipes under my house. Last week I had a leak and hired a plumber to fix it. When they found the problem it showed that Pete had not even bothered to weld the pipe connection and my home leaked all that time. I requested he pay for the new repair but he refuses. I will be taking this person to court and will NEVER use his service. BEWARE he has a problem with honor and good business sense. WHAT A RIPOFF!!! On August 28th 2010 my car rearended a car in front of it while being on the car wash conveyor due to the car wash employees not watching the process closely and perhaps not pressing the stop button (or the such) when it was required. As a result my front undercarriage detached on the freeway and made my car swerve uncontrollably as I was picking up wind between the bumper and the dragging undercarriage (speeds of the freeway traffic are 65 miles per hour). I received a letter from Sunlife-Financial in London, Ontario saying I had won $125, 000. Enclosed was a check for $3, 980 drawn on Foxxhole Records, Inc., c/o Gordon & Associates, Encino, CA. The letter said I needed to pay taxes of $2, 980 first and submit proof of that and then I'd get the balance.

My fiance bought me my engagement ring from kay's. I had it on for 3 months when one day at work i lost my diamond. DRIVE TIME is just horrible. I bought a car April of 2008, had to bring it in two days after I bought the car because it rained and I found leak in the sunroof. My car was made into a mini pool. Took it to Drive Time and they sent me to a shop to fix the matter. It happened again and they fixed it again. Two months after that, the sunroof would not open!!! Of course Drive Time refused to fix it and told me I was responsible for it. Even though this company has an an active website which invites new accounts, I have found it impossible to subscribe as a new customer. My experience would sound humorous were it part of a Monty Python sketch, but in reality is a waste of time and very frustrating. Additionally, there is almost nothing to warn the buyer of the automatic renewals for the premium account that will occur every 24 hours. Very fine print about this is very easy to miss. We ordered 100 32GB Micro SDHC cards and they shipped us corrupted, worthless, unusable Micro SDHC cards.
Before we ordered we ask if the cards had a true uncorrupted 32GB memory and would the cards pass the H2TESTW test. Goldin Toptech advised that the memory was uncorrupted and that the cards would pass the H2TESTW test.
The cards we received were corrupted and none of the cards passed the H2TESTW test.

Company owner/mechanic took up the offer to trade services for repair work to a BMW ( a head gasket should be simple, yeah right). We provided trade work in the amount of 2200.00 (all sessions signed for) and the repair work estimate was 1500.00 to 1700.00. Car repair work was NEVER COMPLETED. Car missing a lot of parts, Engine damage, leaking fluid, calls nevered returned, excuse after excuse...
