I wrote a letter of complaints to be addressed by H.R. which was exercising the open door policy. I worked there almost two years without a write-up or verbal or any reprimand of any kind. I have never received such poor service as I did from gomow.com. I used them for their convenient billing option but soon found out that the owners focus on quantity not quality when it comes to providing lawn service. The men they hire to perform the lawn maintenance get paid $5/house and therefore do not do a good job. They come to your house and are there less than 5 minutes! When I called to complain the owner frankly didn't care and said he would talk to the guys. I droppped off a two piece navy blue pant suite to be dry cleaned. When I picked up the item, the pants were damaged, the pants now looks like they are two different colors. I took both the top and the pants back and left them at the dry cleaners for the manger to take a look at the pants to let him see the damage and let me know what could have happen over three weeks ago. I went to Tire Kingdom in Salisbury NC on 11/9/07. Wanting two new tires, All 4 wheels aligned, the brakes checked for wear and an oil change. About an hour later I got a call telling me the brakes had quite a lot of life left. I declined replacing the brake pads. I signed the document authorizing the work to be done with a $4.00 shop charge (For consumables they tell me). We purchased a very expensive leather set from LazyBoy. After waiting months to recieve our furniture, and purchasing a warranty, the back of the sofa began to rub off. We contacted the warranty company and lived a nightmare waiting on them to arrive to "exam it". They finally decided to replace the piece (only after the salesman pushed for this) and then the replacement piece did not match in our livingroom. The Belle Mer is a beautiful facility. However, we had met with the wedding coordinator and asked all the necessary questions concerning costs. When we received the contract, Bell Mer added an additional $7,500 setup fee we were not told about. I personal think this is a little steep. I have spoken with other facilities which have not tacked on such a ridiculous fee. It would have been one thing to have been told up front about the fee, but to find it on the contract as if it was just slipped in there, really aggrevated me. I had air ducts cleaned out on 10/25/07, furnace working great!! for approx. 1 week turned up thermostat (house did not get above 65 degrees) thought it was the thermostat, so i had a contractor look at it maybe put new one in. he said problem was all dirt from air duct cleaning was blown into furnace therefor shutting furnace down. Sears who originally cleaned air ducts claims they didn't do it and have promised me for 2 days they would look at it. as of today no one has shown up. I have children in the house they need heat. On Saturday, November 10, 2007, I took my car to NTB for an oil change. I had a coupon that stated $12.95 for the oil change. I was quoted a price of $19.95. I asked why was the price $7.00 above the coupon price and was asked what would you like to pay. I said "don't play games with me". I walked out, because I feel they are not honest people and I will not do business with them again. Ironwood is the outsourced repair arm of DirecTV. On October 19th, Kai, a serviceman from Ironwood trashed my home by leaving 5 separate messes he made. He borrowed my ladder and left it the last place he used it. He left his powerdrill on a 1960's Grundig stereo. He installed a new dish on the roof without removing the old one and I mean he installed a new dish, left the old bracket attached to the roof, and then left the old dish on my roof instead of removing the trash! They advertise a level of service that is attractive and then fail to deliver. I feel in my opinion that I have been treated unfairly by USAA Federal Savings bank. Now for all most 2 years I have been a customer of theirs and at first they were wonderful. They treated me fairly and not once did I ever have any concerns about their behavior. Well recently that has changed. Definitive custom homes of San Antonio, Texas built a home that has numerous major water leaks due to both plumbing and exterior construction issues. It took almost 2 years for the builder to correct other major problems like severely scratched windows and buckled wood floors. I saw the advertisement for a credit card to rebuild my credit in Ocotber 2007. After completing the application, I was not told of any account processing fee of $99.00; Program Participation Fee of $89.00; Annual Fee of $49.00; and Account maintenance fee of $10.00 before getting the card.
