Recently I purchased a vehicle from Loman Ford in Woodbridge NJ. When I test drove the car it was rush hour so I mainly sat in traffic. When I drove the car off the lot I hated it. We have hired Thompson Landscape, P.O Box 941625, Plano, TX 75094 (972-424-5726) to perform lawn mowing service. They have mowed 7 weeks and so far, they have managed to run over a 15" oak tree and damage a new gutter by denting it with the lawn mower handle. My complaint is against Hunter Douglas and the product, before it was improved, called Vertiglide. I was building a home in 2002 - 2003 and needed to get window treatments for the 18 windows to discourage vandalism while the interior finish was being completed. Beware: oven front is applied with double stick tape - mine fell off on my 77 year old mother's foot and smashed into 1000 pieces of class, along with the stainless body. I have a Maytag washer and the warranty service sent out A&E. He was not qualified and couldn't even see which fuse in the box needed flipping -- I also had to come to the basement 2 times to reset the red/black button on the outlet as he couldn't figure it out. My family and I picked up sandwiches from Potbelly Sandwiches at Danada Square. I used to love the food quality there. It was my favorite but it no longer is. I am very upset. I was in JACK IN THE BOX in Coeur'd Alene Idaho 8 am although the place had recently been remodeled it was filthy the kind of filth consistent with laziness and neglect. I bought an HP Pavilion Notebook computer in October 2006. When I turned it on, the back light on the screen didn't work and the screen was black. HP telephone support couldn't help. I have filed 3 different claims with VPI Pet Insurance only to have all 3 of them denied because of exclusions in their policy. Read the fine print in their policy, there are A LOT of exclusions. Charter Communication is the only ISP I can use in my neighborhood and they act like it. I signed up with them in Jan '07 because they were running a "special". $100 rebate on modem to sign up for new service. It was a joke from the get go. I received a Collections Notice from Afni Collections for $69.45 for a Disconnected telephone number that I have Never had. When I tried to call they said they had too many calls and I should go on their WEB Site to have them call me. This morning I got on the Web Site and saw a different number, after holding for 15 minutes I was disconnected. I called Verizon last night and they confirmed that they have no record of me every having that phone number. They are scamming people and I am outraged that they can get away with this practice. So I guess what you are confirming is that is OK for you to make a product where some fails in less than the 36 months that has nothing to do with mileage that you feel that's OK to make and install such a shabby product on what used to be the good name of Chrysler. I bought the Zenith XBR616 DVD plus VCR player/recorder in November 2006. I promptly had to replace it under warranty a month later. In July 2007, the unit only played about half of the DVDs inserted into it. I called Zenith's customer relations and they told me that the parts would be under warranty, but that the labor expired after 90 days. I could mail it in for free, but it would cost me $69 in labor just to start looking at the unit. I decided against that since it only cost about $100 new.
