I recently purchased a couple of chicken burritos at a Taco Bell (6/11/2007) at store number 002987. When eating, apparently there was a small bone like object in the burrito, and it broke a molar. I contacted Taco Bell on numerous occasions, as well as Yum! Brands Inc. Apparently, they need the bone or whatever it was to compensate my dental bills. I ate it, and do did not feel like digging through my poop. They should repay my bills because a tooth just doesn't break like that from sitting around. Last Oct my son bought a computer at the Best Buy Store in Mankato, MN. We were going to charge it on a normal credit card. Their Customer Support is an absolute joke. Our cellular tower is down again - for about the 4th time in 3 months. Can't make or receive any cellular calls. I have to drive 15 minutes away to get on another Sprint tower just to contact Customer Support. I was just on hold for 25 MINUTES and then they disconnected me!!! I found this particular company on careerbuilder.com and it was asking for extras. I called the number and they needed my information for a shipping fee . Not only did they charge me that fee, but double that for a "non-refundable" charge that was never even mentioned. On August 1 2007 I purchased two Southwest salads from Wendys on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway Florida. I drove home (approve 6-8 miles) to discover that my chili for the salads were not included in the bag. I went to a website to get a free credit report. I completed the information, and never saw anywhere that indicated I would be automatically charged each month, but that is what happened. I called and requested my name be taken off their list. One month later, mine was taken off the list and my husbands was still being charged. Sent Kodak camera in to them on three separate occasions under factory warranty. Each time, camera was logged in and logged out as "repaired" on the same day of receipt. Each time the problem was not corrected. Each time their repair statement said "adjusted to factory specifications" which is roughly akin to pumping up a tire with a slow leak to 32 pounds and saying it is repaired. Took my dog to this hospital to get nails trimmed. He has to be sedated for this so I had to leave him there for two hours. When I picked him up his right was bulging out of his head! Just thought to share our bad experience with Spa de Soleil. My wife had ordered the sauna shower spa equipment from this vendor last year. It's supposed to have both the regular shower and steam function. After we had this unit assembled together by a professional, we were told that the unit only has the shower mode and not both. My wife and I stopped by their showroom (very impressive) and spoke with a representative who took us through a series of testing booths & demonstrations. Do not use Lingo or other VoIP Phone services for your business! Lingo has been unable to provide quality phone service for my business over the last three years. I have had to call their tech assist (in India) monthly and sometimes weekly to "tune" the IP router and their settings to reduce echoing and noisy connections. Cingular Wireless (the new AT&T) Cingular/AT&T rips consumers off who use their plan through charging you .45 cents a minute even if you begin a phone call 1 minute before your actual nights and weekend minutes begin. So I have had a website with Web.com for over 5 years now. Sales and support were friendly and they helped me upload my site, and I was gratified to see it working. This seller thrives on the eBay environment by selling used items promoted as slightly used / refurbished and charging unreasonable shipping. The seller is quite skilled at providing poor customer service after selling misrepresented items. The junk sold is usually not work shipping back for a refund if there is an issue. If you do you will not get the refund unless you give a bad review. Cynergy Builders in Philadelphia. The main person from this company is a true manipulator. He will tell you whatever you need to know until you pay him and then nothing happens. Whoever buys from this builder here's some advice, buy a tent so you are prepared to camp out on the realtor's lawn until your property gets fixed. Trust me it will be forever.
