I have called this company several times to contact someone about not continuing to charge my account for this product and each time I have not been able to contact anyone. I get disconnected or get hooked up to a fax no#. I will fax them a form letting them know not to charge my account any longer and that I don't want to continue getting this product. Usually i find mc donalds food to be wonderful but lately, i am getting chicken selects, left to long under the heat lamps until they are so hard you cant eat them. We bought a complete set of Goodyear Assurance Comfortred tires from a Goodyear Service Center. We began having the oil changed and the tires rotated every three to four thousand miles. As a former worker of this company I can tell you that the stories posted here are true. From the way that "Dave Domcalski" would rip people off to the way he treated his employees. 90% of all cars towed from properties contracted with 24/7 Park Inc. is charged for being dollied, but these cars are not dollied and the customers are still charged with the $65 fee. The game that Savemart has going has certain cards on the end with numbers that could be drawn to win. The game card says to go to savemart.com to find out details about winners, however, there is no game button to push. I spend a lot of my paycheck shopping at savemart and I feel that they have let me down as a consumer. Add me to the club. My refrigerator is 14 months old and is on the brink of leaving me. Upon delivery a shelf bracket was broken. I had to drive to hhgregg to get one from a floor model, they did give me gas money and refund my delivery cost. Two months later the right door and an alignment problem, had to have a repairman to fix that. Sears has no intention of honoring their "hassle free return within 30 days " policy. I purchased a lawnmower from sears and it worked for 15 minutes. I put fresh gasoline and an entire quart of oil in the lawnmower. When I tried to return the mower (less than 24 hours later), I was told that the lawn mower could not be returned because I broke it. As posted by others, I was also charged by the company for "million dollar" support program that I never authorized them to enroll or charge me. Company said I was automatically enrolled in a 30-day free trial, and it was my responsibility to stop it if I don't want to get charged. Is this just Taco Bell's way of getting your personal information? I think so - You get a "code" number on your drink cup and then have to go on-line to enter the contest where it asks for your name, address, email, birthdate!! What kind of "contest" is this? I have been a regular subscriber of Readers Digest. In Apr, 2007, Readers Digest sent me a renewal reminder and I sent them a cheque for Rs 399 the same week. The cheque was encashed in May, 2007 and inspite of over 5 reminders they have even refused to respond to my E mail queries. Their subscription dept in my city asks me to contact their Mumbai office and no one gives any clear answers. Readers Digest used to be a decent publication but in the recent years has become absolutely pathetic. Snapfish sent me someone else's pictures and they were double exposed with someone else's pictures. In some pictures of these strangers that I don't know, there is my daughter infused into the background of the other pictures that don't belong to me. I received my bank statement to discover that this company submitted an arronious check to my account in the amount of $49.95 Check # 9999. I have never authorized this company to do this and I want my money back of $49.95 plus the overdraft fee I was charged by my bank of $32.00. It seems that I am not the only one who has been charged this and it has recked havoc on me I am on Social Security Disability and because of this it caused 3 other legitimate checks to have NSF my bank paid these but charge me $32.00 each for a total of an additional $96.00.
