Ordered at drive-thru at Josey Lane location in Farmers Branch, Texas, huge pothole at service window, took over 8 minutes at lunch to prepare order. Our Frigidaire dishwasher model PLD3460RDC1 (that was purchased new in November, 2005) has broken again for the 4TH TIME! Frontier offers a bundle of services for $119.00 + fees and taxes $138,00 per month total. Phone, Internet and Dish Networks Digital Home Advantage Americas Top 250. I was charged 19.95 for the past 2 months even though I canceled the subscription over 2 months ago. I canceled again today and they said they would refund my money with in 3 to 5 business days. The funny thing is I called them back 5 minutes later to get a a confirmation number and they had no record of me ever canceling my subscription, hmm. The a6000n is the second hp computer I've owned. Both of which came with no recovery discs. As advised in the hp computer manual, I created the discs myself (using 2 dvd discs). When my system crashed I was glad to have them, or so I thought. The first disc booted up fine. But the second one could not be read. Both discs were brand new with no scratches. I have had a loan with this company for 2 years and it has been total hell. They have poor customer service, they fail to keep their records accurate, they are harassers, they tack on unaccounted for fees. I took a loan with amerquest which was fine until sold to America's Service co. at which time I was overwhelmed with paper work from 5 lenders all knowing the details of my loan all looking for my loan payment. Airtel Customer Service is really bad. I called up customer service for Airtel Prepaid for 4 times from US as my parents were stuck in London and balance on the card was zero. Our care credit account has been a pain in the neck since we got it. They did not send our first bill so immediately (6 weeks after the surgery) had added extra fees.
