Has anyone ever tried to reach this company on their 800 number or by any other method? This company is unreachable. Can't get them on e-mail, telephone or regular mail. Their web site lacks a link for parts or to contact them. The 800 number is always busy; yes .. I mean ALWAYS!!! To top it all off, they do not answer their regular mail. I have a problem with one of the Walton's fifth season DVD's, and I would like to get it replaced if I may. On the second disc of the fifth season (Side A) It has the episodes The Wedding parts one and two and The Cloudburst. About 3 months ago I bought a pair of Reebok trainers type RB601, according to the internal label, from a store in the US (McAllen, TX). I expected these to last longer than the junk no-brand type you can find everywhere. Unfortunately they lasted hardly any time at all. The top material, whatever that area is called, appears to be some cheap junk like thin canvas covered in white plastic paint. It developed a crack after three months of occasional use and then split completely open. You know what, Reebok? This is how you lose customers - for life. I was recently disappointed with Wal Mart and their handling of a return. My son received an American Express Gift card for his birthday. He purchased a toy at Wal Mart. The cost of the toy exceeded the amount of his gift card so I paid the difference. I bought a warranty through our mortgage company GMAC for electrical appliances in our house. The name of the company is Home Serve. When the time came for them to replace our air conditioner the company says we switched some switchers or wires to by pass something and that caused the air conditioner to stop working. My husband and I had taken our Yorkie to PetSmart for grooming over 1 year ago and received TERRIBLE service. The grooming was awful (tips on ears unevenly cut, silky hair cut too short, visor was crooked, w/big chunks of hair missing, and his inner ear hair was not plucked as it should have been).
