Truly horrible service. They are very nice at first and treat you well and then you realize you've been completely ripped off. Any further contact you try to make involves you really feeling like they are giving you the run-around. Panty Hose I have been purchasing George Brand panty hose for some time, and was very satisfied with the quality. I bought two pairs panty hose in January 2011. Then I bought another pair March 11th. 2011. On both sets I discovered that the elastic waist band was very weak. On one ocasion the panty almost fell down to my knees (Embarasssing). Basically we booked a room for 3 nights in Scottsdale. Thinking we were getting a resort, what we got was lied to and ripped off. This resort apparently has a normal pattern of booking the stay, and putting guests in another hotel with claims of being full. If the Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort should ever do this to you, take them up on it and enjoy your visit somewhere else. Firestone Car Care Center located at 91st and Yale in Tulsa, OK exploits Senior Citizens! I don't know where to start. They denied my Short Term Disability Claim. I believe it was in bad faith. They said I could work because I was able to sit in a chair. In a nutshell, we paid to have two seedings, an aeration and fertilizer treatmeant done. They never did the seedings, although they claimed to have done it - they fertilized ouor yard when our leaves had fallen, on a bunch of dead leaves, they never returned our phone calls, they told me that the person who sold us the contract was "just the sales guy" which is hysterical...since he is SELLING THEIR PRODUCT. This guy, possibly named "Frank" or "Don", runs a business called Make Ready Llc. He will promise you lots of money, but all I ever got from him, was bull. He sent me to 3 jobs, with work orders, to take pictures of bank repos. His voice mail was full, so I was unable to call him. He called me the following day, and said I didn't know what I was doing. MD Repair - Do not use them! We had a new furnace/air conditioning installed in June of 09 and they have been out here 4 times for repairs. They do not care about you once they have your money. There is no excuse that when you spend over $9000. for a product that anyone should have to come out 4 times in 20 months for repairs. They act like you are bothering them when you call. I told him I wanted to go to my mechanic and he said that this service center was very close and they can just check out the battery or the alternator as the alternator looks to have some burnt spots on it. I was to stay at this hotel for SXSW Interactive conference for over a week. My first full day in town, the hotel made someone ( I have still not been told who), keys to my room and I was robbed of pretty much everything except my clothing and toiletries.
