Synergy Acceptance Corp. is a major scam company. I just received a letter stating that they are going to file against my tax returns for money they claim I owe. So I contacted the person on this letter and the guy hung up on me when I tried to question the "money owed". I called back and left him a very verbal message and received a call back from a private number. We had a business trip to S.C. where I had stayed at the Red Roof Inn on prior trips. It was old, musty and dirty. BUT...they now advertised a NEW, UPDATED Superior King Room. It was billed to be remodeled, larger and complete with microwave, refrig and coffee maker. Okay, newly revamped room, that will work. WHAT A JOKE! The most outrageous scam Susan Slavik pulled on us was that property was double booked so she asked us to move out 2 days early. She wrote us a check as refund for the 2 days we had already paid for. When we attempted to cash the check at Susan's bank, she had reported the check as STOLEN! and had the bank confiscate the check! MD Repair - Do not use them! We had a new furnace/air conditioning installed in June of 09 and they have been out here 4 times for repairs. They do not care about you once they have your money. There is no excuse that when you spend over $9000. for a product that anyone should have to come out 4 times in 20 months for repairs. They act like you are bothering them when you call. Received a call that we may be entitled to some money back from having a mortage with the bank. Told them we did not have a mortage and the guy said it would not help me then . I told him that this was a scam and I was going to report it to the police. Hung up and then I called the number to see if it was legite- the number was 978-570-2418. I had a boat advertised for sale and was sent a counterfeit check which I deposited in my account, was cleared by the bank and I sent a 24 hour delayed Western Union money transfer to shiipper as instructed after which time the bank placed a debit hold on the check and then denied clearance stating it was a counnterfeit check.
