The Worx Lithium battery is the pits. It worked for two weeks, then quit. The red light flashed while the battery was on the charger. Was told by tech that battery was defective. Called customer service, was on hold for an hour; finally recieved replacement battery, and I'm now having the same problem. Canty get in touch with customer service..I'm # 106 in line on hold. I purchased a Bible at the Long Beach, Carson St & 605 Fwy Barns & Noble on 4/18. Brought it back for return on 5/7, 5 days too late. I don't carry around "store credit" with me. What ever you do don't use this site. They had a file I wanted to download and they said in order to download this file you have to be a member. They offer a 7 day trial at 1.99. After signing up I could not access that file and there was no way to download it. Now I'm trying to get my 1.99 back and it's possible they will try to charge me reoccurring fees. We rented a vacation home in Eze, France trough VRBO/Homeaway and purchased the "Care free Vacation Insurance" they advertise. 2 days after we were told everything was completed and had transferred $6500.00, we were told that we were the victim of an internet scam. Pre paid for a one night stay through Expedia.com. Upon checking in I was asked for a credit card to cover "incidentals/ damage". Since our checking account balance was low I asked the clerk twice about being either double charged for the room, or stating tha if there were any additional charges or fees I would pay them in cash. This company lures you in with cheap discount rates and tells you they will mail you the terms of your agreement afte it has been approved. The terms of which you have come to understand through telephone conversations with their agents. My account was suddenly closed. When I called to find out the reason I was told that the recent activity on my card was the reason for closing the account. The only activity that had been done on the account in the past two months was paying off the total balance and then using the card and paying it off in order to accrue more fun points. Upon the closing of my account all of the points I had accrued over the three years of having the card were forfeited as per their policy. If you ever experienced worse service try Travisa outsourcing for OCI card processing. I can bet you can never experience worse service than these people. Their phone is 90% of the time engaged, if you manage to get through that then 2 hrs of wait. Then uneducated, un helpful and rude service is all what you get. I have sent all required documents but they kept on asking same documents one after the other. I got totally tired of mailing these documents one after the other and finally getting back passport itself is a night mare. Privacy.com has fraudulently obtained access to many peoples accounts. This is a crime. Please contact the FBI internet crime department as they need a large base of consumers to aggressively pursue. A file has already been started. Do not just complain, get them stopped. They obtain the info from classmates.com and take money from accounts which have not signed up for the service. Encourage people to file a complaint it is very simple and unobtrusive. They will get your money back if you can not but it will take a while. I am a forgery victim in the state of california for forgery with a bill I cannot clear out of my credit report with t-mobile for 389.04. I have filed a complaint with the ftc and sent in appriopiate paperwork incuding a police report and filed affidavits with this organization. Over 80% of the case has been cleared including the credit report. The case started in 2003 with 2 final bills left to clear out . Wow! What can one say, our Occidental Grand Punta Cana Vacation taken through "Back to the Caribbean Vacations" was great.
