Trojan horse(use AVAST) from Miche bags can be stopped before it gets in if you download free Avast security software. I got a pop up from Avast telling me they stopped the Trojan! I got this purchase on my creditcard On December 10. Three charges, $39.90, $49.95, $9.95. I received a temporary refund in January. They then sent me a letter of reversal of the credit and reposted the $39.90 and $49.95 in February. I called them and spoke to a lafy named Bianca and she told me that it shows that these products showed they shipped out, but I physically never recieved anything just a bunch of e-mails. I DO NOT want to be charged about $100 for e-mails which I did. It never got resolved, and now I am filing a complain with you and the BBB. I have had U-Verse installed for a little over 6 months. Within this time, I have contacted technical support for my TV and Internet at least one per month. My wireless connectivity is intermittent. The technicians run line tests, reset channels, have me reset everything in my house...they have sent me additional parts to plug into my computer, my laptop, etc...they have even tried to have me pay for a new router. I dealt with Kevin Walsh at ext. 330 at America's Health Brokers. He told me that the coverage was 70/30 (70% covered by the insurance and 30% covered by the patient) on the Plus plan. In addition to this they offered cash pay outs depending on the service. After getting the benefits package in the mail and reading it, there was NO mention of any 70/30 coverage. Please be aware of business practices of this company. My elderly mom throught she bought 1 item and was sent an entire 1 set of coins for $436.95. The shipping said it weighed 33.2 pounds and she was charged $39.95 for shipping via UPS. I sent the package back via UPS in the same box and it cost me $25.75 and te weight was 16.18 pounds. February 14 2011 went to Stone Mountain Toyota get an oil change which would be at no charge as I have a card which gives you the 6th oil change for free. Was told that the oil change could not be done as the oil pan and bolt needed to be replaced. That it was a very serious situation because there was a bad oil leak. I am so angry, I thought I would try this company's product and signed on for my free trial. I was charged for the trial and I never received any product. Two weeks later I was charged once again on my Visa, still no product. I received an email saying they were sorry, that the shipment was turned around at customs. When making a reservation for a hotel in Palm Springs, the agent talked us into something that was guaranteed to get us a $40 credit off of our reservation. Sounds good but DON'T take it. That apparently agrees to membership in their "club" that offers discount travel. IF you do get into it, call and cancel your membership and call your credit card provider and dispute that charge and any future charges. It will show up as TLG*TRVLADV on your credit card.
