I purchased a total of more than $15, 000 at Dolphin carpet and tile. They started with the ground floor installing over 900 sq ft of tile of which 15% are laid incorrectly, meaning that there are corners that are much higher that the tile around it enough for a vacuum cleaner to get caught when going over the tile, then in addition I had a special design done at the homes entrance way using a beautiful mosaic tile. When they talk to a person they put you down. I thought you should have time before you could canceled the order. They are nasty with the people that they talk to. Try to explain to them about why you changed your mind, they get mad. I have wrote a nice litter. In other words you should be able to cancel the order anytime. I am writing in regards to Colonial Crossings Of Williamsburg. I wish someone would begin a class action suit against this Timeshare property. They sold my wife and I on the idea that they were building an indoor water park, that was also going to be backed by Disney. We watched videos, and it all sounded great. I decided to enroll with AccuStaffing in hopes I would get a job so I can pay my rent and bills. What got was exactly the opposite. For one, they promise prompt employment, and I never got so much as a call from them until about 4 months later. This company got my credit card information from my Paypal account and posted fraudulent charges of around $285.00 to my Mastercard. Fortunalely Mastercard denied the charges and called me to report the fraud. I then had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I did not order any merchandise from this company. Fake job site. If you have your information on one of the big job sites these snakes will send you a link to apply for a "job" after which you will mysteriously begin getting telemarketer calls, usually from diploma mills. These guys used to make fake id's when they started but it seems all they wanted was to build a client base to eventually start ripping people off !! Which is what they are doing now. And they only take Moneypak cards which cant be refunded when once you send them the pin number.

I ordered some glass from this company on January 6. My check card was immediately charged $65.35. But, nothing arrived. I called several times - no one ever answers. I sent several emails that went without response. Finally on the 26th I got someone on the line who told me my items were backordered (they couldn't tell me sooner?) so I cancelled the order. Having owned a GPS III, a GPS 196 and GPS 296 I Purchased a Garmin Nuvi in 2009. Just got a letter recalling the unit and sent it in. After a little over week got the unit back with a sincere applology for the inconvenance-- I asked Customer service about a one time map upgrade as the new units now sell for less and come with free lifetime upgrades. They want me to pay extra storage fees and moving costs. Abusive sales phone calls - then to get rid of we agreed to purchase a couple of items that never came. The collection departement started calling to collect to find our products were delivered somewhere else. They don't care - and want the money. After they were no longer needed we found them at a neighboring location.
We no longer need them - they wouldn't take them back and have harassed endlessly by phone calls, seven in one evening.
The abusive calls are outragious.
