Two days after my wife booked a vacation with this company, our credit card company notified us that suspicious charges were showing up on our card. We immediately canceled the card. After some investigative work, we were able to determine within a day, it was Jeffery Hirschkorn. We had the Seminole county sheriff's department arrest him. This landlord does not follow local city ordinance. I live in another city where this guy has rental units, and the city ordinance clearly indicates that in order for a landlord to rent to people, there needs to be an occupancy permit obtained; in order to get the occupancy permit, the city inspector must do an inspection and any violations found must be taken care of. About 3 months ago I bought a pair of Reebok trainers type RB601, according to the internal label, from a store in the US (McAllen, TX). I expected these to last longer than the junk no-brand type you can find everywhere. Unfortunately they lasted hardly any time at all. The top material, whatever that area is called, appears to be some cheap junk like thin canvas covered in white plastic paint. I ordered a "NEW" high end mic cable, $50, through Amazon. I got USED "Neutrik" which costs half as much when it is new!! To top it off, the cable was stuffed in a too small Fedex box with no other packaging than a black twist-tie. I paid for service a year a time to save money. When I was selling my house so I gave them notice, when house sold I cancelled service. The unused months of service was to be refunded to me. First they said it takes 3 months to do a refund, when if I was starting up service they would expect immediate payment. Then after stalling for 3+ months, they still have yet to send me my refund.
