We workd with Family Link as foster to adopt parents and they were incredibly unprofessional and more importantly not christlike as advertised. The turnover rate for the employees there is so high that in less than 12 months we changed caseworkers 4 times. 1 of those case workers was great but the other 3 just didn't seem very caring in a job where caring really matters. After my experience with them and with CPS as well, I recommend only international or private adoptions which is a shame. There are so many children in the US that need homes but if you go through CPS, especially using Family Link, it will probably just end in heartache. read full review »

On January 17, 2011, I purchased four new tires for my car from Mavis Discount Tires AKA Cole Muffler. They neglected to replace the lug nuts on my front, driver side tire, in which, driving away (2 blocks from their store) my tire flew off into traffic causing my car to slam down onto my rotor, damaging the rotor, studs, front fender and flare, not to mention emotional damage to me. I was horrified to find I received a bill for $76 yesterday for $1 of tolls assessed to my car during the one day I was driving a Dollar rental car during my recent trip to Florida. I made every attempt to pay tolls in cash during my recent trip. I bought my wife a fur coat in 2007 and told them in 2008 it was tearing. It kept splitting. Then in 2009 we decided it was dry rotted. One of the sales man said they bought another fur store out and some of the coats might have been dryrotted. They made a deal with us and said they would give us another coat comparable to the one we had. Then they said they could only find a coat that was $2K more than the one we previously bought and wanted that amount. I refused and told them to give me my money back.
