This compay continues to call the office in which I work after being asked to stop this by multiple employees. They claim to be a third party of Resurgent and collecting on a debt. Yet, they refuse to provide an account number, no contact information for Resurgent and then attempt to force bank account information. We had bought the tickets about 2 months prior to our travel date and we confirmed them the night before our departure. When we got to the airport after waiting in line for about 20 minutes, one of their service representatives approached us and about five other families and told us the the flight was already closed. In July 2009, I bid on and won an eBay auction for an Apple iPod 2g. When I received the iPod, it appeared to be in good working condition, as promised in the eBay auction listing. The Hart Lane Testing Center in Nashville maintains a reputation for headaches, long lines, and the never ending waiting game. Your choices are to wait no less than four hours or to wait in line at 6 am, two hours before they open, and be able to leave an hour to two hours after opening. They charged my credit card and never sent my order. Each day they told me it would arrive the next day. After weeks of this, they finally said they'd reorder my order. I said no thanks and asked for a refund. They acted like it was no problem and refunded me. I waited a week or so for it to show up (they said it would take 3 business days) and it never showed up. I was misled by this company representing themselves as a HUD affiliated company that helps homeowners that are behind in their mortgages. I helped my mother-in-law order from this site for my husband's Christmas gift, one of the movies we recieved was an animated version, I dismissed this as maybe I had pushed the wrong button. computer keeps getting viruses that try to sell me anit virus software... and when I do not buy the soft ware the computer crashes and will not allow me to re-enter any of program. I have had my computer serviced and they could not find any problems. When I went back on my e-mail accounts... it was then, that the computer did the exact same thing!! It comes up as "System Tools" and tells me that I have 38 viruses... which the Computer Tech confirmed that there was NOT any viruses in the computer. The site doesn't provide any contact or ownership information and claims that all the graphics on there were made for them. Got 3 quotes and theirs was the middle one. Paid over $14, 000 for a new roof with some deck replacement. Owner was not on job site until end. One roofer fell through our cathedral ceiling and damaged a keyboard. They reduced price for the damage by $2k which was appropriate.
