On Jan 25, 2011 I purchased season 4 and season 5 of Highway to Heaven on the ioffer website. About a week later I was wondering when I would be getting my receipt through e-mail. I decided to go to ioffer by googling it and I can accross this website stating that ioffer is a scam. I asked Paypal to return my money as I was worried that I would not receive what I ordered. I did receive a package in the mail however it had the seasons all on pirated DVD's. The packaging is not even large enough to hold one of the seasons in the oringal form. I bought a Stanley bedroom set from their American Modern Collection in 2010 and am appalled at the quality we received. We custom ordered it from International Home Furnishings and saw the set in a store before purchasing. When the furniture was delivered to our home it was all dented and dinged up. Kaiser is absolutely awful! They won't pay if you have complicated medical issues and simply don't care. They only care about saving money. They hurt me tremendously, and I am still in pain from their lack of care. When I filed a complaint with Kaiser, they offered me extended coverage and then reneged on their offer. In addition to all the pain they caused me, I now have to pay for the extended coverage bills they were supposed to cover. Very cruel and unethical! I upgraded my phone last week and received it this past Monday, I backed up my contacts last night. Today the brand new phone I just got Monday stopped working. No complaints about the food but don't use the restrooms before eating it. They are not clean, are too small, are not handicap accessible and have no paper towels. He was obviously upset and told me that he would throw a huge party with the $75, 000 where he would drink a ton of beer, invite my mother and sodomize her. This is a small business owner we're talking about. One that appears to have just started his business in 2009. On Friday, February 4, 2011, the vent in my apartment began blowing out cold air. I called oncall maintence for assistance. Maintenance tech came out and stated he did what he could and would return in the morning to finish the job because he could not see outside in the dark. Now a week late, teh moron leaves a work order note stating "the air coming out of the vents doesn't have to be warm for the heat to be working correctly." I purchased a Kenmore Elite Calypso Washer from Sears in 2002. Within one year it had the mother Board replaced for more than $1000 but luckily it was under warranty. I have never been happy with the performance of this washer. Clothes are dripping with water and full of lint. It has broken down couple of times and I have had it fixed . It is broken again and I just found out that there was a Class Action Law Suit for this model settled in 2009 and I was not even aware of it because Sears did not deem it necessary to inform me. The gas pump was not working properly at all. It took me literatly 20 minutes to fill up my tank, because of the poor amount of gas coming out of the house. Ok I thought I could deal with that... Two days ago I called the Glass Doctor set up appointment at my home for Saturday to repair cracks in my windshield for 9am. It is now 12:53 and still waiting. Fannie Mae took our Mortgage away frm SunTrust and gave to Nationstar to Service in 12/2010. We were in a loan modification with ST but never heard if we were approved or denied the mod.
