ELK is very good at marketing and responds very quickly and efficiently to new potential clients, but when it comes to delivery, they are shocking! Over a period of two and a half months they have made numerous appointments to come take final meassurements and then never pitch up (after you have moved your appointments to accomodate them). Just arrived home from a wedding that turned out bad after my PA'S digital camera got stolen at a wedding at the Bryanston Country Club. All at the table were family and friends. I placed a take away order from this restaurant a week ago and right before I left the house to pick up the order I heard the death of a close family member. So, I assigned a friend to pick up the order and that person showed up after few hours without it. We moved out of The Sandridge Apartments in Wilmington about 6 weeks ago. I will stick to just the facts. The place is old and in dis-repair.
