I requested that my automobile tires be rotated approximately at 6:30 pm on a Monday evening. I was the only customer at the time, but the service technician refused to rotate my tires by stating they did not require rotation. My Jeep was delivered to TOTAS by the body shop working on repairs sustained in an accident. It was driven by the owner of Beacon Autobody (out of business) to TOTAS. The owner of Beacon requested the axle be repaired and the requested repair was completed by the mechanic at TOTAS.
