I recently placed an order with the website. They claimed to have no record that I placed an order and assured me that it would be fine and I would not be charged (so I went and purchased the products elsewhere in the meantime.) This site offers an online IQ test. There is no mention of any fee or payment. It is a very long test (it states half an hour but I took longer). At the end of the test you have to text an SMS to get a code, and then pay them £5 gbp to get your result! I have had a credit balance for two months. Lets just say the run around is endless. It is almost like a bunch of 10 years olds running a dental company. I had the misfortune of ordering a "free trial" for spider veins back in 12/10. It was junk and I returned it within the 30 day trial, but I had given them my debit card to pay for shipping charges. Kaiser is absolutely awful! They won't pay if you have complicated medical issues and simply don't care. They only care about saving money. They hurt me tremendously, and I am still in pain from their lack of care. When I filed a complaint with Kaiser, they offered me extended coverage and then reneged on their offer. In addition to all the pain they caused me, I now have to pay for the extended coverage bills they were supposed to cover. Very cruel and unethical! On Jan 25, 2011 I purchased season 4 and season 5 of Highway to Heaven on the ioffer website. About a week later I was wondering when I would be getting my receipt through e-mail.
