I Purchased the P90 X fitness program via Telephone after watching an infomercial. The product came as advertised. However, after discovering hidden charges for things I did not want (vitamins, online coaching, etc.) I called to cancel all the other automatic charges. I was interested in bidding on an I-Pad, when I did it asked me for my credit card information...thinking it was going to be for the purchase of I-Pad if I won the auction but instead is purchased $59 in bids that I did not authorize. Selected an engineered hardwood floor from Shaw flooring. The installed product did not even come close to the sample board used to make the selection. Shaw would not send anyone out to review the installed product versus the sample. We had to send the sample board to them and they denied the claim. When I signed up for surplus supplier I was told I had 14 days to consider whether or not I wanted to do it. There was an initial charge of 3.95 then after 14 days if I didn't cancel I would be charged 49.95. Well I was charged 49.95 twice in less than a week after signing up. As an animal lover, I have had my fair share of animal friends. I shop at various pet stores, but none have ever treated me so bad like Ricks Fish and Pet store in Frederick, Maryland. I go into Ricks to purchase Cichlids for my 20 gallon tall tank, and they tell me that this tank is too small and that they could not sell me any fish because of this tank size. Repeated calls about an alleged debt that they will not tell me who the creditor is, they just want money. I would be crazy to give financial information to someone I don't know. I asked for a written notice, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and was told they would give me nothing in writing. Today, I received 4 phone calls, and each time I tried to answer, they hung up on me. This is obvious harrasement. I purchased a Samsung Bluetooth headset for my cell phone and it worked great but the earpiece for the phone is so cheaply made that it broke within a week of using the device. I contacted Samsung customer service and they were so bad that they said that that part was not under a warrenty because it was plastic. Purchased/downloaded for $49.95 the GPS maps for Mexico. Spent a week driving in the state of Oaxaca -- the GPS directions were close (but not entirely) useless. Do not waste your money. Sold us a chevy truck on finance, forged contracts, refused payments, stole the vehicle back with less than 2000.00 owed on an almost 8000.00 finance and putting over 1000.00 worth of repairs. They were making repairs to the truck and installed a box to shut down the vehicle which they did weekly while we were driving. Almost wrecked with children. They cleaned the drains in my home on October 2010. Charged 580.75. Then added an extra $29, and $15 to my credit card. My wife and I purchased a used 2005 Ford Escape for a safer vehicle to drive in winter for our newborn son. Wasted good money on this product. The first battery stayed charged for 15 minutes and went bad after just two weeks. They did send me a new battery which again held a charge for 15 minutes. Now they are playing games with me. DO NOT work at this branch; can't believe how people are treated! Nearly all good people left or forced out. Don't even bother to interview with them. No such thing as a happy former employee from this branch. Skilled management is non-existent; managed by emotion and intimidation...like being in high school but worse. Big turnover tells the story. Epoxy Coat is garbage, don't buy it. I am floor coatings installer with 30 years experience. As a contractor I thought I'd try Epoxy-Coat on a home owner garage. Sounded good because they say its 5X thicker than the competition. What they don't tell you is that thickness has nothing to do with adhesion, or chemical resistance.
