I purchased a kitten in Oct. 2010 which was infesed with ring worm.. I play the daily Trivia Sweepstakes game on JTV. One recent question was regarding various cuts that were or were not actual cuts, or just off-names. I chose Princess cut as an actual cut, but was told by the computer that that was not an actual cut. I ordered a surround sound system online, and it was delivered by UPS. I have requested a phone call 15 minutes before they arrive at my house so I can be there to receive it and let them pick up the other pkg that this one was replacing! the delivery guy, dropped it at my front door (it's a $900 system with the picture on the front), the box was all banged up and tore up. I bought a Generac 48 KW generator in Oct 2009. I paid $13, 000 for this generator. I purchased the generator from a dealer in the US (AP Electric) with the understanding that I was going to ship the Generator to Costa Rica where I am building a house. The dealer in the US told me there should be no issue with warraty coverage since Generac had dealers in Costa Rica. I got a warranty thru Mogi and was taken for granted by the company that they sold my contract to which is Enterprise Financial Group. I had coverage with them for almost a year and the very first time I go to request a claim for repairs they inform me that I have to pay out of pocket up to $1, 000 before they will confirm whether or not if they will repair my vehicle. After our house was on fire we hired MIRS to restore our home and it wasn't rebuilt when Mr.Amundson promised. When we asked why our home was taking so long to be finished on time Mr.Amundson said it was the vendors faults. When we contacted a few of them they said they weren't paid so they weren't going to finish the job. Mr. Amundson was paid in full by our insurance company.
