Ordered vinyl pants from them. They're based in Hungary and I live in California. The delivery was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. I emailed them on the 4th week to ask them about my order. They told me I needed to "be more patient". As the days went by and time passed, they took longer and longer to email me back. They were very condescending. Waited for over a month for the ACTUAL processing of our order, 11 Herman Miller chairs. Assortment of missteps with their CS. Story ranged from, "we expect them to be to us next week" to being blatantly hung up on when calling. Strangely, after constant status checks, our order magically converted to "this order is in the final stages of processing and cannot be changed". BS. They feel free to take any credits you've accumulated and are arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional if you try to communicate with them. They want you to refer people to their site, but if you refer a lot of people (as I did), they will flag your account and steal your credits. Placed an order on January 11 for my son's party on the 29th. After three weeks, I still had not received my order. I sent two emails that were never answered. I received only part of my order today, Feb 3rd. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone through Live Chat who said I should have gotten an email when they shipped my stuff saying they had a system failure & that they were behind, voiding their promise to ship within 2 -4 business days. This was supposed to be an unlocking solution which uses their own software to provide an unlock for any iphone regardless of the firmware installed. After paying for the package I get freely available information and software which is written by hackers who don't charge for it! What a rip-off, and to add insult to injury it doesn't unlock the version of firmware I have installed even though they confirmed by email it does before I purchased. When I called this company to make a payment, they were extremely rude about it. I would have thought that since they did not have to hound me to make payments, they would be grateful in that aspect. The man that I spoke to did not give me a chance to talk at all, he took my case number, then said pay this much and call when you have money for us. Then he hung up on me. I work for the goverment which pays me a check every two weeks. they send the checks out a couple of days prior to me getting them. I have been working and getting my pay for 17 years. The last one came the next week and now I am waiting again. i beleive the mailman is holding on because he see's me looking for my checks until he decides to deliver it which.
