In early January I bought a Sprint phone. When I returned it I was told there would be a $35 restocking fee. I called Customer Service and a supervisor agreed to remove the fee for a phone that did not do some of what was promised and had at least one operational defect. The company sent two boys with no experience to move my belongings. I watched as one of them tried to take the lazy route of moving a stereo speaker then dropped it on the ground. I've worked for this company as a sub for 5 years. I've seen them take money away from there subs that was theres. I went online to try to see how to make money online, I know it was stupid. But I found this online surveys to make money. Then it asked me to pay $2.97, so I thought ok what is $3 right. Well when I read the conditions, I didn't realize that it was just a one day trial and then on the second day, they charge you $58.
