In December of 2010, we hired United Duct Cleaning to clean our air ducts. The service they performed was poor. My hearing loss had increased to the point where I needed hearing aids. I got tested, established my hearing loss, and got fitted for hearing aids. The "Professional" that fit me convinced me to buy Oticon Vigo Pro digital hearing aids. I have had them 3+ years, and they have never worked right. Units have been replaced, speakers replaced, and so on-to no avail. Please don't spend $3800 foolishly like I did, but another brand if you can find one that works.
