Will probably never buy from Eeuroparts again. I placed an order for two parts, and their cart said they were both in stock. Sent an email to customer service to confirm shipping times, no response. Credit card charged for full amount, okay everything must have shipped. Four days later only one part arrives. Invoice says part is backordered. I called customer service, whereupon the very rude rep proceeded to tell me I must not have seen that it was backordered, and that they will always charge your card even if an item is out of stock. You have to pay to bid for the items and even though you pay 50 cents a bid, they're only worth 2 cents in the auction. I have received many others such as this, telling me that I am a winner of such monies, And yes they do look very professional documents. The wording, the form and the complete letter claiming to be whom they say, is very convincing. I have in the passed, not knowing send the fee that they asked for, and never heard from them again. I paid £146.99 for a 2 seater ride on for my boys for christmas they loved it. We used it twice and it wouldnt work i had it in my kitchen all the time. E-mailed them and they replied with a list of possible faults about 12 in total and asked me to check for all them and reply. I was contacted by A.J. (name shortened for legal reasons) of Hunter Warfield. He was very rude and short with me. I could not get a word in edgewise without him cutting me off mid-sentence, or...hanging up on me, which he did...twice! He also proceded to tell me that it was "his way or the highway". And, the first time he hung up, I was in the middle of telling him that I was invoking my FDCPA rights. Real class act, this company and this paticular individual (insert sarcasm here). Bought a Franklin recliner from American home furnishing in July. had it replaced within two weeks, with same chair.by December that chair was falling apart. Our legal system never ceases to amaze me. We had a non-paying tenant occupying our property that refused to pay rent and actually claimed that our property caused damage to her health and priceless personal items. Went to court to formally evict said tenant and paid substantial fees along the way. Won our case, tenant finally left, still has not paid and now have learned that more time and fees are involved with trying to collect the money awarded from our case.
