On 12 Jan 2011 I ordered a jacket from this website. It shipped the next day. I'm an active duty military member that is stationed over seas. The package was sent via USPS and was not tracked by this company. They said they do not track packages to FPO/APO addresses, which is where it was sent. It's a crapshoot if you get what you ordered. I am a former employee. This company is well known for high rates of employee termination and the customer service area isn't trained -except in ways to BS- and when CS tries to help customers or has to cancel or refund and order they are terminiated! I just checked my checking account and found that a $1000 has been taken from my savings account. Feb 17th I recieved a call from this company to recheck my computer. I had this done about a month ago. He asked if I recieved my $35 back from before and I told him no. He took control of my computer and went to the Western Union site and said that was how I was going to get my money back. I had 6 things on my statement. I am writing this complaint against Well Fargo Auto Finance for recieving harrassing phone calls for a period of a month about a car loan that I have never had. I have been trying for 6 weeks along with the doctors office to get a prescription filled from this company which requires prior authorization. Ordered the product, received order and shipping confirmation, tried tracking the shipment and there are no scans from Fed Ex. I received a notice (dated January 24th) of an alleged "debt, " related to the now-bankrupt Hollywood Video company. The "notice" does not detail what the charges might be for, but does display a "current balance." This was another poor experience buying furniture from Costco. I disaster. I am very good with tools, have even done contractor work and this is just terrible. The chairs do not go together at all, it took tie downs to BEND the rib frame in a way that you can TRY to get a screw in the hole. Manta displays very outdated and incorrect information about most companies it lists. A small horse boarding company that my wife and I used to have is still listed on Manta with our personal home phone number (this was never correct) even though it was closed over 3 years ago.
