A Cisco Valet was bought, worked with one computer, when trying to add another computer, it would not work. It in fact locked us out of other two computers. Called Cisco support, they had me to remove Quicktime, said I would need to reload later. Internet worked but when trying to access Quicktime, it is not compatable. Another call to Cisco, went through worker who said they were not trained in Quicktime but they could but me in touch with provider who could walk me through a solution to my problem for 32.95. The internet based company buys old cell phones and recycles them. We used this company years ago, and decided to use them again to recycle our two 3G IPhones. The company sent a box and we packed them and shipped our phones to them. The company verified they received our phones on 12/2/10. A government travel card is mandatory where I work, so I did the appropriate paperwork and ordered the card. I receive the card and several days later receive a bill for $20 although I have never used the card. The charge was for shipping. This was the first card that I had ever been charged for shipping. But here's the rub, I have to pay whatever amount CITI wants to charge me or be issued disciplinary action by my Commander. So next month, if a customer service rep working at CITI wants to say charge me $500 (athough I have never used the card) I have to pay it or lose my Job. Do not in ANY circumstances buy UGG boots from this company. I ordered a pair of black classic UGG boots in January and when they arrived they were clearly fake and not made of sheepskin. I have only worn the boots twice and both times the fur inside shed constantly and left a trail of black fur behind me. The fur inside is also coming away from the actual boot. I can tell the boots are not sheepskin because they make my feet sweat which does not happen with genuine sheepskin. Ipod came in Apple Cases. Couldn't change language from Chinese no instructions. Finally found a little info on line...but not on Deal-Cools site to get the language changed. Ipods have Media Player guts but don't work on Windows Media Player. These are the look alike new IPod touch that were so popular around Christmas.
