maiitainace is realy bad, office people need to be more organized . moved in last febuary heat went out 3 times so I gave up and it turned to summer, summer a/c went out called 3 or 4 times, finaly they brought a small window unit and said waiting on a part well it was never fixed. again this winter have called 3 times to fix heat so they bring 2 small space heaters and said they would fix it again, and again we wait. They make promises and do not keep them. I was promised so many things and have been asking for 2 1/2 years and have been getting the run around. Finally I get a letter saying any promises made will not be upheld. How can this happen. The contractors they hire do a rush job with low quality work. DuBois furniture sold my mother in law a recliner. She took delivery and placed the recliner in her sitting room. Some days later she noticed her sitting room had aquired an odor. She investigated and found the smell came from the new recliner. Her daughter called Dubois furniture to try and effect an exchange for another chair.
