Put a $250.00 deposit down on my ntelos phone. Was a day late paying on my bill 3 times and decided I could no longer keep ntelos because it was impossible for me to get a new phone; unless a year had passed making ontime payments or I had to pay full price for a new phone. I applied for my Cobra services thru Ceridian (that is who my former employer uses) It is now into the third month and no invoice from Ceridian. Every time I call Customer service I recieve a different story, even though they had not sent an invoice I sent the 476.00 that they advised me my Cobra would cost! We asked Holiday Transfer Services of Seattle, WA to sell our Wyndham NashvilleTime-share. They made contact with a person named Doris Lawrence, and ultimately she purchased the time-share. We have been trying now to make contact with Kobus, the rental agent, for a week, via telephone calls (that he promises to phone back, but never does) and via email, as we have to move to a new place and are interested in almost 5 places they have for rent. We have not heard anything from them, no response once so ever. It is incredibly frustrating for us. To what extent must we go to in order to do business with these people? My ADSL line went down last Friday. I reported it on Monday and it is now late Wednesday and it is still down. i do understand that they are dependent on Telkom but i pay XDSL for both a service and a line so that makes them accountable. I would just like to warn anyone intending doing business with Pave and TilePro. The company falsely indicates that they are NHBRC registered on their quotations. In addition they also claim to beat other quotes by 5% but do not fall for this trick. Netgear pitched the Gearheads service as the one-stop-shopping for getting any of my computer related problems resolved, to act as my IT department.
